I’m far from an expert on working out, but I do it 4-5 times a week and am sharing my experiences – the good, the bad, and the what- in-the-name-of-all-that-is-holy-was-that?
Happiness to me is a barbell in my hands and lifting it off the ground.
Unhappiness to me is running. Not a fan, and molasses going uphill is still faster than me. I don’t even know why I used this picture here of me running. Well, I guess I do. It’s a reminder that I can still do it and hopefully one day I’ll be better at it and actually like it.
